This is a keeper folks! Last month I went to a "roommate reunion" with my college friends. Alyssa made this wonderful pasta dish for us and I told her I had to have the recipe. It is so delicious, colorful and easy. I made it for the first time tonight, replacing the whole wheat pasta for regular since we were having football players over and I thought they'd prefer it that way. I found that this is a great recipe for company and I will definately make it over and over again. Thanks Lys- even though I have this magazine, I'm not sure I would have tried it on my own!

Three Cheese Penne Pasta Bake
