Tuesday, Matthew had a big playdate, part of a local program we have encouraging developmental exercises. Mac watched his first puppet show, and went on a treasure hunt, and yes played in the ball pit. It was the first time I had to deal with "big kids" flying around the room and coming at us from every direction. First time (as a mom) that I was taken back by all the cutting in line, stealing of toys, etc. This is not to say we had a bad time, it was really great, just a new experience for both Matthew and Mom :-) It was so much fun to watch Matthew interact with kids of all ages. The zooming kids and breech of play room protocol didn't seem to phase him!
